reminder after a call - best practices?

Fairly new to HubSpot - what is the most efficient way to remind myself to call someone back after "logging a call" entry inside the contact record?  Do I have to make an entirely seperate task reminder?  Seems like there would be a more efficient way?

I think I asked it wrong... how do i ASSIGN that task to someone else on the fly?

The most efficient way to remind yourself to call someone back in HubSpot is to create a follow-up task directly while logging the call. Simply check the "Create a task to follow up" box in the activity editor, set a due date, and click "Log activity" to automatically create the task, keeping the process streamlined within the contact record.

Alternatively, you can use custom properties and workflows for automated follow-up reminders. Create a "Follow-Up Date" property, update it during call logging, and set up a workflow triggered by "Follow-Up Date is today" to send notifications or create tasks.
