I am currently trying to make it so a call cannot be logged without a description being written. Ideally, I would like to have a minimum character but I know that might be a tall order. Is there any help? or is that not possible?
For those who use HubSpot for calling, is there a report for total talk time per rep? I'm aware of average call duration and dashboards for inbound/outbound call metrics but looking for additional metric to report total talk time.
