associating inbound calls from 8x8 or third party

SOLVE

we use 8x8 as our main phone system in our office and transfer calls into hubspot inbound.  the 8x8 system we are using does not transfer the original callers id so the calls are not being properly associated.    since hubspot has such limited capabilities for call center we are stuck.  does anyone have any ideas or is there a plan for hubspot to allow inbound calls using third party?
