How can you tell which number you successfully called? I don't see it on the record of the call...can this is helpful when calling prospects back at a later stage.
In my example I have 3 but one was correct - how do I tell which one?
I see what you mean. It's less about the call outcome and whether or not it's possible to see which phone number you called.
If you hover over the activity, do you see a pop up window with call details showing 'To' & 'From'? The number you called from and the number you called should be displayed there. See screenshot: Call details
Must be doing something wrong as I still can't see the number I called - in the case where I'm dialling multiple numbers I need to know which is the best one else we end up skewing metrics by inefficient calling later down the sequence.

Hey @DBrazil , there is an activity property which will tell you whether the call was successful or not. It's called 'Call Outcome', and to view the outcome from the page you're on, you'd have to click on each of the calls to 'view more'. There you'll see the outcome.
Another way to check, which might be easier for you if you're planning to call your prospects back, would be to create a list and segment by Activity property > Call outcome > is any of > Contacted.
