Voicemail settings not working

SOLVE

Hey hey, 

 

I believe I have my call settings correctly configured, but for whatever reason whenever when I call my number outside of hours or don't answer during hours - I get the Hubspot default message "The person you've reached isn't available, please try again later."

I have text-to-speech setup, I also recorded voice messages but they didn't work either.

I've got the allow call recording checked.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

Hey there, I've got it working. 
 
I had my inbound calling preference set to divert to my mobile phone.

I changed the setting back to "ring in HubSpot browser" and the voicemails are working as expected.

Hey there, I've got it working. 
 
I had my inbound calling preference set to divert to my mobile phone.

I changed the setting back to "ring in HubSpot browser" and the voicemails are working as expected.

Voicemail settings not working

If I click the link highlighted red

You can see below that the voicemail setting are already saved as the button is greyed out.

What setting could be affecting the trigger to send the call to voicemail?

Hey @TightKnit,

 

The only thing I can think of here is are you using a HubSpot-provided number or a forwarded number? I think voicemail only works with HubSpot-provided numbers?

Thanks for taking the time, much appreciated! 

I'm using a HubSpot number, I forward the incoming calls to my phone. But my issue is around the voicemail that is being recieved by incoming calls?
