Problems with using HubSpot calling tool

Hi, a Sales person who is usually based in France, visited our office in Norway. Unfortunately, she cannot make any calls in HubSpot using her French phone number. Can you help me why- do we need to change any settings?
If she is trying to call a Norwegian number from within Norway using a French phone number, this could be the cause of the issue try Using a HubSpot-Provided Norwegian Number: Consider generating a new Norwegian number in HubSpot.
Go to your HubSpot account
Click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Inbox > Inboxes.
Click Connect a channel and select Calling.
Generate a new Norwegian number.
Alternative:If the salesperson needs to continue using her French number, ensure she is only calling non-Norwegian numbers while she is in Norway.
