I would like to integrate sales calling for all sales team members on Hubspot.
What we want is that all Sales Managers can call directly from Hubspot instead of third party software, which we are using currently.
We are Headquartered in the USA but the team is based out of different locations. Hence we need to have a common US calling number with DID extensions for each team member. I understand this is a pretty common feature of a sales CRM.
The process for registering a phone number is user-specific; while multiple users can use the same number in your account, each user must register the phone number individually.
Using the Calling Extensions SDK you can set this up. Read more here about it. It is custom dev feature, so it would require some dev knowledge to set up.
Note: If you're a user in a Sales Hub or Service Hub Enterprise account, you can turn on Conversation Intelligence (CI) to automatically record, transcribe, and review calls made in HubSpot.
