Are there limits to the number of meetings and call logs that can be created for a contact?

The maximum number of engagements (notes, tasks, phone calls, meetings or sales emails) that can be recorded on a single contact record is 10,000.

Does this also apply to calls, tasks, and emails associated with a contact?

That's right, the engagements include notes, tasks, phone calls, meetings or sales emails.
