Hi guys, is it possible for me to determine which of our multiple phone numbers potential customers call when they use the RingCentral widget in HubSpot? This is crucial because we offer specific deals for Facebook customers and different ones for Google customers. Thanks.
Unfortunately we haven't come across any way to do this with the native widget.
Once the call log is saved, you'll be able to see the number that they called in the call activity. So one potential way to figure out which number they called would be to save the call log immediately after receiving it so you can see the number. Then editing the activity after the call with accurate data.
Otherwise, a custom integration could be a solution instead.

I understand that you are using this integration "RingCentral" and you'd like to know the source of the contact, is that right?
I'd like to invite some of our Community Members: @cfranklin050705, @JRowan85 and @LDix, are you still using this integration? If yes, are you able to see the source of the contacts, please?
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @johnelmer, @DanMYD and @HFisher7, doy ou have any feedback regarding this integration to help @ABelov, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
Thanks and have a nice day!
Best, Bérangère
