I had to use call forwarding ie, when I place a call from the CRM it would use my cell phone. Now I want to turn that off and just use the desk top version but cannot find how to do that. Please help, I know it's a simple thing but have gone everyone in settings and can't seem to figure it out
Hi all I figured it out, when you click on the Call button there is a window that pops up, on the bottom there is a drop down to call using software or forward to mobile. That's the only place I found it could be changed. Have a great day everyone.

There should be a setting in your Call Settings called "Call Forwarding" for outbound calls. You should be able to turn off the forwarding, which will then allow you to make calls via the browser.
