Calling Not Working on Mobile App

Seems that today 14/12/2022 there is no possibility to use the Hubspot application to call the customers.

I'm not seeing a report of calling not working on the HubSpot Status Page or Past Incident Reports

 

I would recommend reviewing the technical requirements for using the HubSpot Calling Tool. 

 

If you meet all the technical requirements, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
