Bad call quality - HubSpot Calling & Swyx/Enreach

Hello everyone,

we've connected a few phone numbers of Sales Professional Seat members to HubSpot but we're having some troubles with the quality of these calls. Specifically, our users have no problems hearing the ones thery're calling, but the receivers can't hear them well, especially in the first 10-20 seconds of calling.

We're using Swyx/Enreach ( as a VoIP provider for calling and number providing.

Has anyone the same problem or an idea for how to fix it?

Please, ensure that both your internet connection and the recipients' connections are stable. Poor internet can often lead to call quality issues. Sometimes, the issue could be with the devices being used. Encourage your Sales Professional Seat members to try different devices (headsets, phones, etc.) to see if the problem persists.


I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription, and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screen share if necessary.
