For hubspot users across the UK (as far as I understand) fairly recently if call recording was enabled in your hubspot account, it now automatically records all calls coming and going from hubspot, rather than choosing to turn it on for specific calls.
Does anyone know if this is legal for calls to and from customers/prospects? I have tried to research under GDPR etc however the information is conflicting. The call recording is a very useful feature but I'd rather not have it turned on if we are breaching data laws.
