Aircall Connection with Hubspot

Hello! 

When calling out of Hubspot with Aircall, specifically from the "Sales Workspace Tab"... sometimes Hubspot has trouble connecting to the Aircall dialer  (see below and advise)

Hi @PGuidash,

 

From what you’re describing, the issue where HubSpot sometimes can’t connect to the Aircall dialer when calling out from the Sales Workspace tab is usually related to how the integration loads or browser permissions.

A few things to try:

  • Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and has no extensions blocking the Aircall widget.

  • Check that you’re logged into Aircall and HubSpot with the same account/email.

  • Sometimes, simply refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache helps.

  • Confirm you’re using a supported browser (Chrome usually works best).

  • If the problem persists, reconnect the Aircall integration in your Aircall Admin Dashboard.

If none of those help, Aircall support or HubSpot support might be able to dig into logs to see why the dialer isn’t responding in the Sales Workspace specifically.
