Adding Multiple Numbers for Users (Non-Hubspot No.s)

Hi All,

We have got multiple outbound numbers that we want to add to Hubspot and assign to users. They come from Zoom however the Zoom Phone integration isn't working. I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can add these numbers to the system and assign them to users?

Note: Did think about giving each person a number to add themselves but as its a Zoom number they won't be able to call or text verify.

I'm sorry to hear the Zoom integration is not working. Are you only able to make outbound calls or can you receive inbound calls to those numbers? If you can receive inbound calls, have you tried inputting the Zoom number for an individual to try and use the phone verification method? 

If you can verify via phone, that should get you what you need.

Ah, dang. I was checking out this article, hoping you'd be able to receive calls to go with the call verification route you mentioned.

If adding an external number (your Zoom numbers) and the integrations don't work, I'm not sure of options other than maybe some sort of sync using Zapier, Make, or APIs. This setup would depend on where you'd be calling, properties you want synced, etc.
