why interaction is not being reflected

Hi all, 

 

We are dealing with a problem in which we have a lead where there is no record of when responds to our email. 

 

Could it come due to a problem of Hubspot -Salesforce Sync?

 

This also has no impact on the score, and I do believe it is important to consider it.

 

Any clue or any help would be highly aprreciated it.

Loads to unpack here:

 

  • Where and how are you sending those emails:
    • HubSpot
    • Salesforce
    • Your email client
  • When you say "This also has no impact on the score, and I do believe it is important to consider it." - what exactly do you mean?
    • You want to score on replies to emails?

Thanks for your quick response. Emails are being sent via husbpot. What I mean is that they want to take into account for the scoring.
