why dos the CRM freeze when i preview a company

the whole site becomes irresponsive and i have to log in again to get back to it. this happens everytime i preview a company or try to add to edit information

As an initial troubleshooting I would recommend going through the process of clearing your browser cache, restarting your browser, and then attempt to access the CRM to see if the same behavior occurs. 

 

If so, can you confirm if this is happening across all browsers you are using or is this happening in any specific browser? If so, which browers are you having an issue in, and what version of the browsers are you using?
