And no, unfortunately there's no way to reverse workflow enrollment. Once the actions are executed, they're executed. You would have to find the deals manually and delete them.

Can you specify what "that stage" is in a contact-based workflow? A contact-based workflow would enroll contacts, so you can only unenroll contacts. You can't unenroll a stage.
What exactly is giving you false data? Can you share a screenshot of your workflow?

This is not enough information for me to help you, I'm afraid. Which stage of a company are you referring to? Lifecycle stage? Can you share a screenshot of the workflow? Can you give an example of what happened and of what you'd like to happen? The more detail the better.
