the display in dashboard

SOLVE

Hello everyone,

 

for the display of  dashboard. X-ais of them will are the same report, just country is different.  both of the CAN quantity in X-aisx are zero, but one report coudn't display the CAN, one report can display it.

Why did this situation occur?

@Jaylin it looks like you're working with a data set – which makes this hard to troubleshoot from a distance.

 

Without seeing which measures you put on the axis, again, tapping a bit in the dark here (I'm just seeing pieces of the bigger puzzle), but I would assume that there is a record pulled into the data set with CAN but without a value (which means it's there but empty) – while that's not the case in the other report (no record with CAN at all).

Hi @Jaylin,

 

Hard to say without seeing the exact report configuration – can you please share screenshots of the data sources, report configuration and report filters?

 

Alternatively, if you want faster troubleshooting, you can reach out to HubSpot support in-app who can look at this in your portal directly.
