I have a client who want to sync contact info i mapped all the fields but when i map the shipping address field it fails to map to a custom property with the same name and the error mentioned is that all the fields incompatible. I tried all the field types but did not work. What might be the reason for mapping failure
Where exactly are you mapping/syncing data? During the HubSpot import process, within integration settings, in a sync property or workflow...?
Which error exactly are you seeing? Can you share a screenshot?
Generally, some fields are simply not compatible. For example, a single-line text field cannot be mapped to a dropdown in HubSpot, as the single-line text field accepts values that the dropdown does not accept.
If fields are shown as incompatible despite you thinking they should be (e.g. 2 dropdowns), make sure that they have the exact same dropdown options. Even one mismatch or spelling difference might result in an error.

hi @karstenkoehler i am mapping wihin integration settings. Here is a screenshot of the error. Ps the field above it had the same problem it worked only when i chose addess hubspot property and i don't understand why address only is labeled in black
