Why is it that my email signatur is not used when i reply in the inbox?

Hi @MAndersen0,

 

HubSpot treats the personal and team signatures differently - and emails sent from conversations inboxes are considered team emails. You can set up the signature by following the steps here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/set-up-the-conversations-inbox

 

Scroll to "To include a team email signature".

Perfect. So once you set this up

it could take a couple of minutes to update.

You can send a test email to your self to see when the signature appears

Its there. After sending my self an email i see it,

But why is hubspot not showing it in the reply, like the do if you reply under the contact.

Hey @MAndersen0 

the inbox (general email) and your personal email are 2 different things.

For each one you need to setup the signature.

If you didn’t set up yet the signature for the inbox

you can go into the inbox settings and follow this steps

This is a team signature will we the same for eveyone, meaning, every user that answers emails from here will be attached this signature.

@MAndersen0 could you confirm that you set this up for the right inbox, in case you're working with multiple inboxes? This has to be set up for each one.
