Greetings to the community,

 

We are new users and trying to realize some features.

 

We are using G-Suite and Gmail for business.

By connecting each employee Gmail with each employee HubSpot account will this synch our mutual email feeds (contacts, deals, etc.)? Or we must do some configurations?

 

Allow me to bring an example for a contact.

As the super admin I can only monitor the rereived emails that have been received from this contact to our employees emails, but i cannot view in 1 feed the sent emails to this contact from our employees.

 

I hope I made this clear to you.

Hi @IGeogiadis,

 

When HubSpot users send emails from within HubSpot (or using the HubSpot Sales extensions or the BCC/forwarding addresses), these emails will be logged to the corresponding contact records in HubSpot. Once documented on the record, any user which has the permission to see that contact can also see the sent and received emails.

 

Keep in mind that not all received emails will automatically log in HubSpot, only those that are replies to emails sent from HubSpot, an extension etc. – you can find the full list here.

 

So a super admin, you should see all emails logged by all users. If you don't, here's how I would approach troubleshooting:

 

Can you double check whether you're looking at an unfiltered activity stream?

 

Are all emails sent from HubSpot or a reply, as explained here?

 

If you checked both and it's still not working, this might be a bug.
