i am planning on starting an online on my blog blackmart alpha  i'll be offering blackmart merchandise on it and need a crm software to track the sales and other stuffs, is hubsot a good option or there are other good options too?

Since we're in the HubSpot Community I'll start with the obvious one: HubSpot has a free CRM. HubSpot comes with a report library, the ability to create custom fields (limited in the free CRM) and lets you store up to 1,000,000 contacts.

For example, are there other software solutions that you're planning on integrating with your CRM? Aside from what you mentioned, are there additional functional requirements?
