Hi, I have a workflow that triggers my sequences - the sequences are set to activate between 9 - 5 pm, but are sending at 2 am and other random times!
I have set the sequence window to 9-5 pm but not the workflow as this rescheduled the sends for the next day at 5 pm. This is too long of a delay if an enquire came in at say 6pm the day before, I want the sequence to send at 9 am the next day.
Looks as though I can send at silly-o-clock or set the workflow and have a long delay due to rescheduling.
Does anyone have a solution so a new customer gets the email as soon as the window opens and not outside the scheduled time?

sequences sending outside the email send window
Thanks for the reply. I don't want to rely on long delays in the workflow - it's out of my control. If I set the activation window in the workflow to match the sequence window it automatically reschedules to the end of the window the following day - instead of the start of the window. If I remove the timings in the workflow then it seems to bypass the settings in the sequence
Instead of relying on a long delay in the workflow, consider using actions and conditions to control the timing or use time-based conditions in your workflow to check whether it's within the sequence window before proceeding with sending emails.
