So the case is that the client has a very small sales team (2 people), and so they want sequences to send the emails and do all the follow-up, but they only want 15-20 because the follow-up is a lengthly process so they can't handle following up in a timely manner if they have say 100 entries a day.
So I'm looking for 1 of 2 things, the first of which is likely way more doable: 1) To limit the amount of emails sent from a sequence. Perhaps a sequence is the wrong way to go and should instead use a workflow?
2) Should be entirely workflow based, not a sequence. I just don't see a way to do it unless I incorporate custom code, and not even sure where to start with that.
