In Sales Hub Enterprise, there is a so-called playbooks feature. With the playbooks tool, you can provide guidance with interactive content cards displayed in contact, company, deal, and ticket records for your team members to reference and create standardized notes when speaking to prospects and customers.
Without playbooks, snippets (short, reusable text blocks) and/or notes can be used right on the contact, company or deal record. A snippet could contain a memo or plan and be reused that way.
Alternatively, the note function could be used to replace whatever office applications you're using:
