"hubspot_team" contact property not display as option for filtering lists and workflows

We have enterprise and we have two divisions that are separated by contacts assigned to the contact property "hubspot_team". Users in one division can only see contacts assigned to their team.

 

The problem is that the property hubspot_team, does not display as an option when creating lists and workflows. This doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes we can filter based on hubspot_team, but most often we are not able to use this property to create lists and workflows that only work on contacts in the target team. We need to log in as the super admin to add the filter, and then go back to the workflow or list to add the rest of the parameters. 

 

I cannot figure out how to make this work. Shouldn't the field display as an options so any user can filter contacts for the team the need?

When you say that it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, does that mean once a day, or once a week? Does it happen to everyone or certain, specific team members?

It appears that no users (except the super admin) are able to use the hubspot_team property as a filter when creating or modifying any workflows or active lists. The Super Admin is the only use that is not restricted to a hubspot_team.

However, we are able to filter on the hubspot_team property on the Contacts page.

 

My user is an admin with full account access and the full enterprise functionality, but it is restricted to one hubspot_team. We even edited the hubspot_team property to allow access to all users, but it didn't seem to change anything.

 

Thank you very much for looking into this. This is a big pain as we need to filter on hubspot_team for nearly everything we create.
