Just created a HubSpot account and I'm loving all of the features and your blog is super helpful.
I had a question about custom properties. I've created 5, but HubSpot is saying I have 7.
I have deleted one and I changed one from Multiple Choice to Dropdown. Do those account for the additional 2?

This shouldn't count as 2.
When I look at your property settings, I see 5 custom company properties and 1 custom contact property. In total 6 custom properties at this time and the banner says "You've used 6 out of 10". You can check this filtering by each property type.
