At some point this week, the ability to skip steps in a sequence and "Start at" a different step was removed. Is this a bug or do I need to correct a setting on my end? Thanks! Jesse
Is this happening in all of your sequences (if you have more than one)? I've looked into mine and the option is still there for me. I also see it when I create a brand new one.
This feature is default so there wouldn't be a setting to change in your sequences.
I'd let HubSpot support know you're experiencing the bug.

Unfortunately, I have confirmation from Hubspot Support that this was an intentional change. There is a work-around, in which you must start at the Sequence page, rather than the contact page, then enroll the contact in the sequence from there. Horrible...
