SOLVE

I've been getting this error when syncing individual lists since yesterday afternoon. I put in a ticket with support but I know it's their week of rest.

 

I'm well below my API limits.

 

Any ideas?

I am having exactly the same problem. This happens when I click on the list action to sync with salesforce.
My list has only 250 contacts and my API limit remaining is 300k.

Where exactly are you seeing this error message? Could you please share a screenshot?

 

When you say that you're syncing individual lists, how exactly do you go about this? Are you referring to the integration inclusion list? The more details you share, the higher the likelihood of a fast resolution. Currently, there's not a lot to work with.

Hi, Karsten,

 

An update--I posted on Twitter and tagged Hubspot Support who got me in touch with someone. I sent them an .har file but, unfortunately, there might not be a resolution until next week.

Hi, Karsten. I'm getting the error when I click "Resync list with Salesforce," on any list--smart lists like the one below as well as the inclusion list.

This knowledge base article notes that syncing lists requires up to 3x the number of API calls for the list size:

 


Please note: batch syncs may require a large number of API calls. Ensure that you have at least [List number] x 3 API calls available in Salesforce before you proceed.

You mentioned you're well below the limits – I assume 'well below' takes into account this 3x?
