"Create a Follow up task" not working with setting change.

Résolue

The "Create a follow up task" dialogue is no longer working for me...
I've tried toggling the follow up reminder switch in the settings, resetting my browser and the page, but it just isn't working
Any other way to re-enable?

Also check that the task you are completing is associated with a contact, company, deal or ticket. At the moment follow up tasks won’t be generated if there is no association with the task.

Hi @jrileyhill,

 

Are you able to enable this setting by going to this page within your portal: https://app.hubspot.com/sales-products-settings/PORTAL_ID/tasks
