primary contact label missing

Hello, I noticed the label or ribbon on the top left of my primary contact is now gone? My IT team checked and our permissions have not changed. Any other ideas? This is what it looked like before, but now the grey primary label is gone

I can remove the contact as the primary, and then reapply but the ribbon on the top left still does not show primary...

Hi @AFleischman,

Was a previous primary contact maybe deleted? Have you checked if you can reapply it? (Mouseover > More > Edit association label)
