objective - to understand what happened and make appropriate adjustment 

I have a custom field "Office ID" is it set up with a field type of number and checked as an unformatted number.

This is a 4 digit number not needing a coma. All of a sudden today some of them have a coma.  Why the change? How do I adjust?

**extra thought, did this change when I added the field to show in forms? 

Looks like it happens on customers not companies and customers have the property show in forms.  

example:

old - 1000

today - 1,000

Do you mind sharing screenshots of the difference you're seeing?

Hi @jennysowyrda I change the field with the comma and don't know how to find any leftovers.  Can you look at the history for a contact whose first name is DJ? He is the one who submitted the form. 

I can not recreate it. Must be that I changed the field type? May have checked the unformatted number. Would that have changed it?

I am not able to reproduce the issue, and as the field type has changed, it will be difficult to troubleshoot if it is no longer happening.
