notification banner on contact record

I sometimes get a banner across the top of a contact record that seems to be a notification or task reminder.  Sometimes it is a notifcation for the same contact as the contact I am on and others it is a completly different person.  I would like to stop this notification.

I dont thik that was it.  This looks to be a banner that comes across the screen in the contact record.  Sometime is is a task due for that contact, and other times it is not even for the cnotact whos record you have open.

Do you have a screenshot of the banner you see? The reason I ask is that you should see this if you have your notifications configured to display an in-app notification.

If you take a screenshot you should be able to add the picture to your post, just click on the camera icon when creating your post.
