non essential contacts inside companies

Dear community,

I have a question regarding the Contacts we can have in a company like the assistant of the manager, logistic agent, or any contact that is useful to have regustered in the company,, but will not be part of the sales process, so there is no need to see them in our contacts list when we plan actions and followups, if there a way to manage this currently in hubspot, or should I use a custom field to isolate them?

Hi there! Creating a new property can be a great way of doing this! In the past, we have also used the Persona field to help with this so we can create lists of contacts with certain job titles/characteristics.
