Hi, Guys! it should be workingI'm reaching out to bring a technical issue to your attention regarding the import of contacts from an Excel file into HubSpot. Despite resolving all the conflicts that were flagged by the platform, the "Next" button remains unresponsive. I've been attempting to address these issues for two days now and have even tried it from different computers with no success.
Given the urgency of the matter, could you kindly assist me?
Just adding to @JakeKnight's point - based on the screenshot you shared you are attempting to import contacts and all their associated activities. In order to do so the import file needs to contain the relevant information to either create or update those activities. So you have two options:
If you just want to import contacts, make sure to select only contacts in the import guide as @JakeKnight described.
If you want to import contacts and their associated activities, expand the "red flag" error messages to see which information is missing. This will look something like this.
Hope that helps.

There a couple of "red flags" on the top of your import for various objects like calls, meetings, tasks, notes, etc. If you expand those it tells which properties are missing.
Have you looked into those, updated them, and reuploaded the new import file?
Thanks
