my mail is not tracked

SOLVE

added the tracking email address but didnuse the system for a while so I needed to reset my password but when I entered my mail wasn't tracked should not all mails go to my account no matter what?

Hi @Pascal15,

 

Are you referring to the BCC or forwarding email address? If so, I'd recommend checking the corresponding contact record and making sure that the timeline was not filtered.
