ls are BCC'ed to a specific email address

Hi there!

 

I tried out Hubspot a long time ago, and it wasn't useful for us then, and we're giving it a try.

 

Somehow, back then. I set it up so that all my emails would automatically get BCC'ed to an internal email (not the Hubspot logging email) - this is no longer needed, and the email in question has been shut down, but I cannot find anywhere to remove it in any settings - I spoke on the live chat with one of your supporters who couldn't either, and he adviced me to post here.

 

 

I have a theory - 

 

I found this support article Set up a compliance copy email (hubspot.com)

 

However, those settings are not available to me.

 

I might have set it up as a compliance email earlier- I can see that the article applies to the Legacy Marketing Hub Basic - so my guess is that the feature used to be available for free users, that has now been moved into a paid tier, so I cannot access it, but that my settings are still saved.

 

Any ide what I can do from here?
