lost leads due to missing email address in form submission

Hi everyone,

Several leads were lost because the email address field in one of our HubSpot forms wasn’t marked as required. As a result, some visitors submitted the form without entering their email address.

Is there any way to retrieve the data from those form submissions, even if no email address was provided? For example, can I still access the submission details (name, company,etc.) somewhere in HubSpot?

Yes, by clicking on the form on the form index page (where all forms are listed) and then into the submissions tab: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/analyze-form-submissions-data#analyze-individual-forms
