I'd like to know the differeces of every lifecycle stages and lead status to better categorized my contacts 😉

For lifecycle stages, you might find my article useful: HubSpot's lifecycle stages explained 

Lead status is entirely customisable, so you can make the values mean anything you like. All I would say is that I think most CRM vendors intend this property to be used between the passing of a lead from marketing to sales, and the creation of an opportunity.
