iCloud deliverability issues

Hi,

 

Our iCloud emails that are being delivered through Hubspot are being soft bounced. We have contacted Hubspot multiple times on this and no one can help me solve this problem beyond having our customers make the IP address "safe." Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone found a solution? This is also occuring in our Transactional IP which we are paying extra to use.

Hi @Sav ,

 

How's your domain reputation? Assume you have DKIM and SPF records set up, as per @stene's reply. Have you recently done any mass outbound marketing emails that could have upset iCloud's spam filters? What's your spam report/unsubscribe rate historically for iCloud accounts - any cause for concern there? Are you using the same domain for transactional and marketing emails? Can you see what the precise bounce message being returned is?

 

It's a tough one when this happens, as it can be difficult to resolve. And iCloud don't offer a feedback loop, so there's no way to tap into all this particularly easily.
