i need help to fix wpform

Hi, I have a problem synchronizing the fields between wpform and hubspot 

The connection used to work perfectly, but now there is a problem

But now it doesn't sync with anything except email

Hey @waelalnajafi it looks like this is a third party integration sending your form data to HubSpot. The HubSpot forms integrations simply send data to the HubSpot form, HubSpot doesn't control the data sent at all it simply accepts this. 

What I would imagine is happening here is either the integration is not sending the data correctly, or it is and the sent data is incorrectly formatted. If the data being sent is in the arabic characters as your screenshot seems to show, then there may be an encoding issue here too. I would reach out to the creator of your forms integration to troubleshoot this further and ensure they can both support this and that it is correctly set up.

I resolved it after reading a lot about this, tinkering with all the settings, and doing a lot of testing. The problem is that it's not necessary to include the email field in the data submission, as HubSpot interprets and reads it automatically. This is what's causing the conflict, and I see it in your screenshot. By removing mine from my list, I was able to import all the data correctly.

In that capture is the email field and invalidates the other fields 

 By removing the field from the email all fields were sent correctly

 

Finally, all fields are transferred correctly.

 The same thing happens to me and mine is in Spanish, the plugin I use is the one you promote in your integrations with wpforms, but only the email data arrives, the rest of the data is not taken.
