hello @iobulamma, it seems that HubSpot cannot authenticate your account.
First, make sure that you're not entering the wrong information by mistake.
Second, check the settings on both of your apps to see if anything contradicts with each other, or maybe you're not in a plan where the sync is allowed.
Third, if you're sure you're not doing anything wrong, open a support ticket to speak with HubSpot service reps. They will be able to point you towards a solution
