how to create deals in mobile app .. ?

we are having trouble creating deals from the mobile app .. in my phone i have a floating button ..  but some members of my team doesnt have it ..  

anyone knows how to do in that cases ? do you know if there is another place where the button is  ?

This is what I'm seeing. Tapping the plus sign at the top right of the screen will prompt the creation of a new deal:
