how to change all compagny owner to the new sales representativ

Hello,

The old sale representative has lived the company, we have a new one, but how I can do for change the owner off all the companies in one time? because change it one per one or  page /page is way too long if you have a database for more thousand of customers? is they a way to change all from the old to the new staff?

Hi @tim1468 

You can bulk assign company records (or contacts) from the company (contact) records screen.

In the top nav menu click Contacts->Companies. If you are reassigning all companies check the checkbox in the top left of the table. Select all companies using the "Select all..." link that appears in the blue bar at the top of the table. Click Assign at the top of the table and then choose the Hubspot user to assign these to. See screenshot below.

Thanks, but with your option, i can only select all companies on the active page, this mean maximum 100 companies, but i want be able to switch all companies that was owned by a specific user only

Hi

Once you click the first checkbox selecting all of the first 100 companies you should see a blue bar appear above the first row of the table with a clickable link saying something like "All 100 companies on this page are selected. Select all 422 companies." Click on that link to select all companies. See step 2 in the screenshot.

Yes I see this but i not want to select all companies but only the companies of the previous sales representative

When you reassign the compaines will all the contacts get reassigned too?

Hi @PerryP,

That depends on your settings.

If this setting is enabled the contacts will automatically get reassigned too.
