For example:
Lead score is greater than or equal to X
Prospect filled out a specific form
Prospect viewed a specific page or set of pages
You would also add an and statement to the enrollment criteria:
Lifecycle Stage is Equal to MQL
This would be unique to your leads, but those are some common ones.
After your enrollment criteria is set, you would change the action to set a property value. That property value would be the Lifecycle Stage property. You would set this to SQL.
The above workflow would automate the lifecycle stage change based on the enrollment criteria and action.
