excluding certain email addresses - blacklist

Ive tried the new feature to add certain emails and domains to a blacklist, but it still seems to be tracking all the emails i have blacklisted

 

i noticed it was still in beta, is this why its not working?

Hi @jordan2318  We are seeing an issue where any address that was logged previously to the addition of the Never Log feature still continues to log messages. Is this the case here?

Yes that’s exactly what’s happening. They were previously logged, I deleted them from contacts and companies, but they reappear even after adding to blacklist
