emails not logging into CRM

have a user that everything has been working find when it comes to logging emails to crm and as of Tuesday it stopped. It looks to work on his system includes the bcc address but nothing shows up. I have confirmed he is using the correct id and his account is setup properly. This has been working great for several months.
Not sure where to start but uninstalling and configuring his system to start over.
