deal stages not moving with new deal stage

Hi, I have an additional stage called awaiting prescription. My CRM is hooked up to woocommerce based on status's. So i created a status 'awaiting prescription' but, the deal doesn't move into that stage or move out of that stage to complete.

Any ideas how I can achieve that?

I'd like to share this thread in the Community where @Josh and @StefaniUAT have shared some thoughts on how to achieve this. Please keep in mind it would be necessary to have access to the workflows tool to achieve this. 

I'm afraid for free users it would be necessary to move the stage manually, I'd recommend review this article from our knowledge base where you can find how to move a deal stage.
