deal is not shown in the list (CRM -> Deals)

Through the API, my app created 1 contact, 1 deal associated with the contact, and 1 task associated with the contact + deal.

Now on the Hubspot website under Activities of the contact (CRM -> Contact -> CONTACT_NAME), the task is shown OK including both associations (illustrated by the contact name and deal name, respectively).

But the list of deals (CRM -> Deals) remains empty despite no filter.

Would you have any idea why a deal is not shown in the list ?

Please find below 2 screenshots that illustrate my problem :

A contact is associated with a deal, which I can open through that link at right (screenshot #1),

but the same deal doesn't appear in the list of deals (screenshot #2).

@GTardy in your second screenshot, there is a pipeline filter applied (see dropdown that says 'Sales Pipeline') – was the deal created in that pipeline? If not, remove the filter and it should appear.

The *Sales Pipeline" filter was applied by default when I first opened that page (CRM->Sales).

Hi @GTardy 

Would be great if you could attach a screenshot so we know what you are looking at and where.

Both on the contact level - because you can see associated deals on the right hand side, and on the deal overview.

Also what is you user role and permissions in HubSpot?

It might be something as simple as not being able to see all deals in the CRM object permissions.
